High School Sweethearts

We went out around campus to find those special relationships and came across these couples.

She was attracted to him being the chubby tall guy and he liked her being the small skinniest girl. In 7th grade Erica Trevino and Jose Sosa had honors English together. Erica would offer Jose gum with a big cheesy smile, she liked that he would always make her laugh with his cute rebellious ways. Jose found Erica to be a little dorky girl to hang around with. During their freshmen year they became an official couple.

Mr. and Mrs. Dei Rossi are both teachers here at Stagg. Mrs. Dei Rossi, Erica Donato, is an English teacher and Mr. Dei Rossi, Kyle Dei Rossi, is a history teacher. Their relationship came to be when their students united them. Their students knew that they were both single so they wanted them to get to know each other. Mr. Dei Rossi gave it a shot and asked her out to dinner. From that first date, Mrs. Dei Rossi knew that she would be married to him since they had too much in common. They were both easy to talk to, family oriented, and shared the same political beliefs. A year after he proposed on a beach, they were married.

What started off as a beautiful friendship is now a beautiful relationship between Amanda Geahry and Juan Vega. They have been friends since freshmen year and grew together becoming the best of friends. Just like any ordinary pair of friends, they are always together being silly watching comedy movies. This couple share many things in common such as majoring in Biology and attending UOP after graduating

Izamar Avalos and Oscar Coria were both born on September 21 and never knew that 17 years later, they would be in love with one another. They had met for the very first time in middle school but they started talking during the beginning of senior year. Izamar admired his heavy accent while Oscar admired her loudness. They started to get to know each other because of a silly text message she had sent him as a joke. Since that day, destiny joined these two loves together.

Three days after school started, Maria Garcia and Jose Villanueva met in P.E. class. They became friends right away. Jose had a crush on Maria since the day he first saw her, so he decided to ask her out. Nowadays, they are always together as a happy couple. What they love to do the most is to spend time together, eat tacos and fight with their little brothers.

Andrew and Michelle met back in 7^th grade they are now seniors going to graduate hand in hand. Andrew says out of all the girlfriends he has had, Michelle is the one where it just feels right. The one major part of their relationship is games. They are the couple that spends more time on Xbox live then together in person. Xbox live is a different life for them because they are known as C random A and Razorcore. If it wasn’t for video games they wouldn’t be as close as they are now.

Jeana and Rafael have been friends since freshmen year. What attracted them to each other was their personality; they are both funny and outgoing. Rafael noticed right away the beauty of Jeana and liked the way she was. Jeana in the other hand also noticed his looks but what she noticed more was that he was cool. One thing that they like to do together is watch football games. They both like to go against each other when it comes to football.

In 8^th grade Melissa and Isaiah were on a hip hop dance team together and from there the spark was ignited. They were first friends before they ever dated. Melissa fell for his unique diastema and that he was quiet but not around her. Isiah thought Melissa was pretty with a feisty attitude. They are each other’s best friends and believe they always will be. They get told they aren’t like normal couples because they are extremely comfortable with each other. They have been together officially since February 12, 2010 and this is their second Valentine’s together.

this is all sooo cute! only if my bf went to staqq still & im a freshmen we been together since the end of 7th grade 🙂

Cute story. 🙂 Kind of wish my sweetheart still went to Stagg, but he left for a different school. It’ll be a year officially in June. 😀
