No te preocupes tanto. Esta aplicación no sólo se utiliza para rastrear el comportamiento negativo, el personal también puede recompensar a los estudiantes por su comportamiento. Esto podría incluir pequeños actos de bondad, trabajo duro o seguir las reglas escolares. El año pasado, un estudiante ganó una Playstation 4 sólo por llevar su identificación.

Se descubrió que la aplicación Hero estaba vinculada con la Lista de No Ir de la escuela, y que solía llamarse ¨Puntos Hero.¨ Bottley dijo: ¨Puse a muchos estudiantes allí.¨ Las cosas malas que hace un estudiante podría llevarlos fácilmente a la lista de No Ir, y es de fácil acceso para el personal.
Con la aplicación Hero, el personal no tiene que esforzarse por perseguir a un estudiante para que le escriba una recomendación.
Will Romeo, un CSM, puede reconocer a los estudiantes que saltan con frecuencia y puede rastrear ese comportamiento usando la aplicación Hero.
Esto significa que los estudiantes que a menudo infringen las reglas escolares serían fácilmente agregados a la lista de No Ir, incluso sin que lo sepan. Ya que los tendrán ya programados en la app. Michael Hester, un CSM, lo confirmó.
No todos los CSM utilizan la aplicación Hero. Alex Ochoa, monitor del CSM, dijo que no sabía mucho sobre él, ni cómo usarlo.
