Today at lunch, the school gathered for another Associated Student Body (ASB) sponsored event to start the year off with school spirit. The “Welcome Back Rally” featured the fierce varsity football team, the sharp thrusts of the varsity cheerleaders, and the symphonic melodies of the band and choir.

The football team kicked things off with the traditional “break through the banner” entrance while the crowd roared with enthusiasm.

Varsity player Tuifana Saina could feel “the adrenaline pumping” as he and his teammates emerged.

“The teachers, students, even the principals were out there to support us,” he said. “I felt proud to be a part of the team.”

Through the lively music from the jazz band and choir and the mascot dance battle, the rally inspired laughs and Stagg pride inside and out.
