Here is a recap of the start of the Joe Nava Annual Basketball Tournament that was held at Stagg on Thursday. The hosting team, Stagg, lost to Tracy 70-57 and Chavez 60-55. West beat Franklin 70-53 and Sonora beat Edison 63-59. West, Chavez, Sonora, and Tracy will play Friday to determine who will go to the Championship game.
