Friday, January 17, was recognized as the 35th anniversary of a mass shooting at Cleveland Elementary school. In 1989, 1.6 miles from Stagg High school, 5 children lost their lives. The surviving community met at Episcopal church of St. John the Evangelist as they remembered the event with many speeches, words of passion and love.
