Glaciers are melting and forests are struggling to stay alive. What’s causing the earth to heat up? They’re called green house gases caused by us and our modern lives.
Global warming is when the earth heats up and the temperatures rise. It happens when the green house gases: carbon dioxide, water vapors, nitrous oxide, and methane are trapped in the earth’s atmosphere. One cause for this is by running machinery. Another is turning on your lights in your house which causes carbon dioxide to be released in the air.
There are two sides to the story. Some say global warming is caused by mankind and others say that it’s the sun. Those who think are the sun believe because that it’s the large amount of radiation that’s comes through our atmosphere.
For example the ocean has large amounts of CO2 and when the sun hits the ocean, its radiation causes the water to boil and then the CO2 is released into the air. Climate changes are happening all around the world causing it hard to adapt to the changes. Mankind and the sun both play a big part in the earth climate changes.
