Senior Christopher Beaty enjoyed the Video Music Awards that aired on August 27, but he has not happy about some of the performances. Beaty said that some of his favorite artists, such as Kyle, were cut off to go to a commercial break and was upset. The most disappointing, he said, was when MTV decided to cut off the Linkin Park tribute in honor of the lead singer Chester Bennington who committed suicide this summer.
